Oman, February 2026 – This Ramadan, Mandarin Oriental, Muscat honours Omani traditions and the close bonds of its communities with a thoughtfully curated programme of dining and spa experiences available throughout the Holy Month in Shatti Al Qurum. From immersive iftar celebrations and serene suhour evenings by the sea to bespoke at home offerings and personalised wellness rituals at The Spa, guests are invited to embrace the warmth of the season through timeless traditions and culinary moments shared with family and friends.
Iftar at Rawya – A Journey Through Oman and Beyond
Guests are welcomed to Rawya for an immersive iftar experience inspired by authentic Omani recipes passed down through generations, with the option to dine in elegant indoor surroundings or under the open sky in the outdoor seating area. The evening showcases fresh Omani seafood alongside a selection of cold and hot mezze, live carving stations, Arabic grills, sushi and traditional shuwa.
Interactive stations feature live halwa preparation, rakhal bread and luqaimat, offering a true taste of Omani hospitality. The culinary journey continues with refined Italian creations from Essenza, presenting artisanal pastas and Mediterranean inspired dishes, complemented by the signature pastries and confections of The Mandarin Cake Shop.
The evening is accompanied by live Oud music, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for shared moments of togetherness.

The Suhour Lounge at Sì Breeze – Beachfront Nights Under the Stars
The Suhour Lounge at Sì Breeze invites guests to dine under the stars in a memorable beachfront setting and immerse themselves in a magical suhour experience during the Holy Month. In an exclusive collaboration with Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, guest chefs Mehmet Gök, Doner Chef, Ahmet Kahraman, Sous Chef, and İbrahim Tosun, Kebab Chef, present authentic Turkish specialties alongside a curated selection of mezzes, kebab specialties, and signature desserts. Highlights include Manti, Lahmacun, and a variety of charcoal-grilled kebabs such as Adana Kebab and Beyti. Guests can conclude their evening with signature Ramadan desserts including Güllaç, rice pudding infused with rose water, and Baked Quince. Shisha service is available throughout the evening, creating a relaxed seaside ambience for moments of reflection and connection.

For those wishing to celebrate in the comfort of home, Mandarin Oriental, Muscat presents a thoughtfully prepared iftar at home experience designed for family gatherings. The offering begins with dates, followed by a generous selection of mezze and fresh salads, served alongside the classic Omani Lamb Qabuli. The evening concludes with the much-loved Date Pudding for a sweet finish.

During Ramadan, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat introduces a personalised scent consultation as an add on to spa treatments, featuring eleven of Amouage’s purest attars, including selections available exclusively in Oman. From Rose Aqor to Santal Sohar and Amber Sogara, each attar evokes a distinct mood, allowing guests to select a fragrance that feels personal and meaningful.
