Techmart Launches Three Breakthrough Consumer Technology Products in Oman

Techmart, a leading Omani consumer electronics distributor, has unveiled three cutting-edge additions to its portfolio during an interactive session held recently with key suppliers and media representatives.

The newly introduced lineup features premium innovations from the Xiaomi IoT & Ecosystem portfolio, for which Techmart has been appointed the official distributor in Oman. The showcase highlighted:

  • Narwal – advanced robotic vacuum cleaners
  • EcoFlow – portable power stations, solar panels, camping gear, and portable fridges
  • Soul AI – an AI-powered multilingual Freebud from the Xcell brand, set to debut at Lulu, the first retailer to offer it in Oman

With these launches, Techmart continues to strengthen its position as a pioneering value-added distributor in the region. The company brings over two decades of expertise in consumer electronics and lifestyle technology, supported by a world-class distribution and packaging facility headquartered at JAFZA. The facility boasts an annual capacity exceeding six million units.

Across the GCC, Techmart operates seven regional entities with 160,000 square feet of combined warehouse space and a workforce of 281 professionals, including dedicated marketing, social media, and business development teams.

Speaking at the event, Neil Sharma (President), Abhishek Kumar (General Manager), Mahmoud Al Bahrani (PR Manager), and Haroon Rasheed (Senior KDR Manager) reaffirmed Techmart’s commitment to adding value across the distribution chain. They emphasized the company’s strong local presence in Oman since 2012 and its role as a trusted partner for global brands.

Techmart’s extensive micro-distribution network serves more than 4,000 retail points across the Middle East, spanning organized retail, operators, hypermarkets, online marketplaces, duty-free outlets, and specialty stores. The company represents over 30 international brands, managing a diverse portfolio of 3,000+ SKUs with targeted availability levels of 95%. Its range includes smartphone accessories, wearables, IT and PC peripherals, gaming, audio, and storage solutions, with ongoing expansion into electric mobility, beauty tech, and personal care categories.
