The Bollywood restaurant, based in Al Qurum, is offering diners a special New Year’s Day dinner menu. The set menu will include some of the most-loved Indian preparations of all time, like chaats, naans, pulaos, different dals and curries, and desi desserts that dissolve in your mouth. At just RO 3 net per guest, this indulgent set menu offer combines great taste with amazing value for money. The Bollywood will offer the special New Year dinner menu on evening of the 1st of January.

The Bollywood, a part of Khimji International LLC, is observing New Year’s with a special decor for the evening. While it’s entire a la carte menu will be available, the restaurant has offered an additional value-add in the form of a set menu featuring a range of snacks, starters, main courses and desserts.

Guests can whet their appetite with a welcome drink (jaljeera or aerated water), followed by a choice from three popular types of Indian chaat (street food): pani puri, bhel puri or sev puri. For starters, guests can sample the fresh green salad, or go for the hot and spicy samosas or the famed Gujarati delicacies, dhoklas and khandvis. By now, hopefully, their tastebuds will be tingling for the main course! And The Bollywood doesn’t disappoint, rolling out a delicious array of classic dishes to choose from – paneer tikka masala, bhindi masala or vegetable jalfrezie, accompanied by dal makhani or dal tarkewali. These will be served along the diner’s choice of vegetable pulao or tawa pulao. Naan or roti plus raita will accompany the main course. And after that finger-licking meal, make sure your New Year starts on a sweet note with a choice of either gulab jamun or rasgulla served up with ice-cream.

Priced at RO 3 net, The Bollywood shows that along with being the undisputed king of authentic Indian delicacies, it also provides the best value for money. The set menu offers unlimited food (no parcel and no sharing) for the cost. So if Indian cuisine is close to your heart, there couldn’t possibly be a better way to celebrate the New Year with your loved ones.
