GMC’s Ghubrah showroom undergoes makeover

16 February 2013, Muscat: GMC’s newly refurbished showroom at Ghubrah now offers style, comfort and facilities designed to impress even the most discerning car buyer. Modelled on the lines of GMC’s showrooms worldwide, the facility has been spruced up not only to showcase GMC’s marquee auto brands, but also enrich the car ownership experience of customers.

Boasting of revitalised interiors, the revamped showroom is in line to enhance customer care experience in trend with GMC showroom designs around the world. The corporate identity of GM USA is reflected in its distinctive ambience and customer-friendly settings. The refurbished interior is in line with international standards set by General Motors International that further enhances the look of the showroom.

As a result of the extensive makeover, the showroom is now significantly larger in area, creating more space for the display of GMC’s line-up of SUVs. Importantly, the makeover also extends to the showroom’s customer-facing staff.  Employees are required to attend mandatory online and practical training sessions every year to help them brush up their knowledge of GMC’s products, improve their soft skills and hone their overall competitive edge.
