Décor Lounges: Berger Paints’ new retail outlets create an experience

Décor Lounges is not just about bringing in new dimensions in the world of colour painting but opening up a 360 degree access to all that one needs to know about wall painting. Berger Paints has already upgraded 35 outlets to Décor Lounges and another 10 are scheduled before the close of the year

Berger Paints has been changing its retail outlets to Décor Lounges offering the right mix of inspiration and details. Everyone wants something fresh, new and trending while doing up their living space. Décor Lounges in Oman offer just that, taking retailing to another level. The renovated retail outlets is all about experiencing colours and effects that open up a whole new world.

Currently, 35 retail outlets have been revamped in Muscat, Liwa, Ibri, Ibra, Adam, Salalah, Sohar, Barka, Saham, Sohar, Mabela, Nakhal, Rustaq, Musanah, Rumais, Sur, Khabura, Suwaiq, Jifnain, Bahla, Bu Ali and Izki with another 10 scheduled before the end of the year. The new outlets provides 360 access for reference and comparisons as well as consultancy, if the customer would want a second opinion.

Berger’s Weathercoat Stand displays a range of premium exterior finishes in large swatches featuring Weathercoat Ultra, Vintage, Selections, Stoneshield and Flex Tex that can be touched and felt. These not only inspire due to its sophisticated looks but is also durable and ensures long-term performance.

On the other hand, Royale Interiors has a Luminotech technology that provides beautiful décor finishes in Royale Sahara, Safari, Italian Stucco, Textiles, Glitter and Metalics Glaze by touch and feel so that the customers no longer have to imagine the luxurious and intense colours.

At the same time, a large screen runs interesting footage demonstrating product application and finished quality besides providing information on Berger’s manufacturing facilities in the GCC.

At the centre of the showroom is a comfortable area for the customer and family to discuss and consult with experts to evaluate options. The customers can take their time to browse through the well displayed communication elements, touch and feel the paint panels and be educated on the technical aspects of décor as well as discuss painting options with the dealer before making the purchase. It is a process that leaves room only for choosing what will hold you in awe.

Berger Paints is not just customer-centric; it has also introduced a Dealer Portal that offers dealers a simple, convenient and fast way to manage transactions. “This is a one point solution for dealers to view all their transactions, place orders as well as track them, view reports and information.
