Berger Paints launches a unique loyalty programme

A unique loyalty programme has been introduced by Berger Paints that is attracting contractors to register and enroll to reap unprecedented benefits and rewards

10 June 2018, Muscat: ‘Masterstrokes’ is a unique programme initiated by Berger Paints Oman to build on loyalty. The programme has been designed to reach out to the local contractors that will give the brand an insight into product usage and in turn, offer targeted benefits and rewards. With the introduction of this programme, Berger Paints is reiterating the company’s commitment to grow and establish itself in the local market.

The loyalty scheme is being promoted on digital platforms wherein the contractors are being encouraged to download the App from Google Play Store. Points will be awarded and accrued for purchase of Berger Paints products that will be redeemable twice a year against cash gift vouchers. Within a short span of time, the App has already clocked in 300 registrations that speaks volumes on the simplicity and success of this novel idea. The first batch of beneficiaries is yet to be announced and Berger Paints is confident that the numbers will only grow in the coming months.

Other than being beneficial to the contractors, Masterstrokes will help track buying patterns, consumption habits and trends in product usage. It will create a database that will help Berger Paints plan ahead, provide more accurate projections and respond effectively to market requirements.
